Once-Daily administration

Ebixa is easy to administer, and can be taken with or without food, either as tablets or drops. The recommended maintenance dose of Ebixa is 20mg/day.

Titration: The dose should be achieved by upward titration with 5mg per week over 3 weeks, achieving the maintenance dose of 20mg/day from the start of week 4:

Ebixa is available in tablets and an oral solution. The tablets exist in doses of 10mg and 20mg. The only exception is the 5mg tablet and the 15mg that is part of the titration pack. The oral solution is available in drops which each contain 5mg of memantine hydrochloride.
